Gardner Homicide Victim Named, Man Wanted for Questioning

GARDNER – The office of Worcester County District Attorney Joe Early Jr. ha released the identity of a homicide victim located in Gardner on Sunday: Breanne Pennington, 30, of 42 Cherry St. in Gardner.

Announcements made by the Gardner Police Department on Sunday indicated the victim, who was unnamed at that time, was found inside a home on Cherry St.

Police also announced on Sunday that it sought Aaron Pennington, 33, of Gardener in connection with the death.

Public records indicate that an Aaron Michael Pennington resides at 42 Cherry St., the address where the body was discovered on Sunday. Police responded to that address after receiving a report at around 9 AM.

Pennington is a white male with blond hair, blue eyes, who stands 6’2″ tall and weighs around 175 pounds. Police say they believe him to be driving a 2013 BMW Model 320 with a Massachusetts Veteran license plate with number 8A30. Early’s office also said on Monday that Pennington may be using a Texas license plate with number DTZ3103 or a California license late with number 6CWN728.

Pennington may be armed. Anyone who sees him is asked not to approach him and to call the Gardner Police Department at (978) 632-5600.
