WEBSTER – Webster Police reported an arrest in an investigation into the shooting of a woman on Pleasant Street on Wednesday, August 4.
At the time of the shooting, first responders transported the woman to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation into the shooting by detectives in Webster led to a warrant for the arrest of Christopher King, 54, of Sturbridge. King reportedly lived on Mechanic Street, but moved immediately after the shooting.
According to Webster Police, members of the Sturbridge Police Department arrested King on Wednesday, August 18.
