WORCESTER – The Press Box sports bar on Lincoln Street is hosting a meat raffle on Sunday afternoon to support the 508 Forever Young backpack giveaway.
The raffle is 1 PM to 5 PM at the bar at 536 Lincoln St.
The meat raffle will also feature live music from solo acoustic artist Chris Reddy, as well as $3 draft beers and $5 mixed cocktails.
508 Forever Young is a volunteer organization started in 2017 by Woodrow Adams, Jr. The nonprofit helps provide back to school supplies for children in Worcester.
The Back 2 School Backpack Giveaway is being held on Aug. 6 from 12 PM to 5 PM at Fuller Family Park on Murray Avenue. See the details below:
