stART on the Street Closes Park Ave. on Sunday

WORCESTER – stART on the Street, the largest art, music & performance festival in Central Massachusetts, returns to Worcester on Sunday, Sept. 17, from 11 AM to 6 PM. The festival takes place on Park Avenue between Pleasant Street and Highland Street and includes includes over 250 artists and crafters, food vendors, live music & dance, hands-on activities for all ages, and local nonprofits. You’ll also find live music, fencing, belly dancing, capoiera, interactive features for all ages, street performers and more throughout the street.

Parking 

  • Parking is limited and attendees are encouraged to carpool and arrive early.
  • Plenty of area street parking is available within 5 mins walking distance of the festival. **Pay attention to driveways, ramps, Resident Only/No Parking signs, and fire hydrants.
  • Handicap parking is located in the 255 Park Avenue parking lot. Vehicles are required to have a handicap plate or a tag visible at entry. To access 255 Park Ave, take Hudson Street and turn on to Townsend Street. Townsend Street will operate as a two-way road while Park Ave is closed to access designated handicapped parking.
  • TD Bank (295 Park Avenue) is open on Sundays and may tow if their parking spaces are blocked.
