WORCESTER – Both Worcester and Springfield are among the best real estate markets projected by Realtor.com.
According to the study, the median list price for a home in Worcester in November was $475,000. The researchers predict a 4.8 percent increase in home sales prices and a 9.1 percent increase in the number of homes sold in 2024.
