Worcester Police Seek Information in Union Station Shooting

WORCESTER – The Worcester Police Department seeks help from the public in the investigatio of a shooting near Union Station on Wednesday, June 12.

Police responded to a ShotSpotter activation near Union Station at around 6:30 PM. Individuals within a large crowd gathered at the scene flagged down officers upon their arrival and directed them to a male shotting victim.

Officers provided aid to the victim until an ambulance arrived and transported him to a local hospital.

Anyone with information about the shooting are asked to contact the Worcester Police Detective Bureau through one of the following methods:

  • Send an anonymous text to 274637 TIPWPD + your message
  • Send an anonymous web-based message at worcesterma.gov/police
  • Call the Worcester Police Detective Bureau at (508) 799-8651
