Unsolved: Worcester – The Main South Woodsman Serial Killer – Part 2

WORCESTER – A true crime, cold case podcast series exploring the dozens of unsolved murders and missing persons cases currently under investigation by the Worcester Police Department released the final episode of Season 5 on Tuesday.

Unsolved: Worcester is a series of narrative episodes airing every Tuesday over six 10-episode series. The episodes have an average run time of 19 minutes.

Episode 10 of Unsolved: Worcester Season 5 is part two of the two-part episode special on the suspected Main South Woodsman serial killer.

From Sept. 2003 to Sept. 2007, the remains of four women were discovered in areas of Central Massachusetts. A fifth vicitm was found in York, Maine.

All five murders remain unsolved. Episode 10 discusses Alex Scesny, the only person ever named as a person of interest in the Main South Woodsman killings.

The episode is now available to stream on the following platforms:

Unsolved: Worcester will return with this fall with season 6, the final season of the podcast.

Each episode is accompanied by a video program highlighting each victim, where the murders took place or where the missing person was last seen, and other locations important to the case.
