WORCESTER – The Worcester Police Department Vice Squad carried out an operation to identify individuals seeking the services of sex workers in the Main South area on Tuesday, April 5.
According to the Worcester Police Department, the operation was conducted in response to complaints about prostitution and aggressive behavior from individuals seeking the services of sex workers.
During the operation, undercover officers posed as prostitutes, leading to the arrest of the following individuals, each who face charges of Offering to Pay for Sexual Conduct:
- Richard Tongue, 72, of Shrewsbury
- Cecilio Sac Pasqual, 41, of Worcester
- Nabil Francis, 38, of Worcester
- Alex Rivera Rodriguez, 38, of Worcester
- Russell Houle, 71, of Worcester
