Snowfall Totals in Worcester County After Monday’s Storm

WORCESTER – The National Weather Service [NWS] lists snowfall totals in each Massachusetts county provided to them by highway departments, observers, weather spotters and media outlets.

The following are the 10 locations with the highest snowfall total in Worcester County on Monday:

  1. Westborough – 4.2 Inches (as of 6:32 PM on 2/18 – Source: NWS Employee)
  2. Milford – 4.2 Inches (as of 5:49 PM on 2/18 – Source: Trained Spotter)
  3. Worcester – 4.0 Inches (as of 5:35 PM on 2/18 – Source: Chief Weather Officer)
  4. Worcester Airport – 4.0 Inches (as of 5:42 PM on 2/18 – Source: Airport)
  5. West Warren – 3.5 Inches (as of 6:49 PM on 2/18 – Source: Emergency Manager)
  6. Northborough – 3.3 Inches (as of 12:18 PM on 2/18 – Source: Trained Spotter)
  7. Leominster – 3.0 Inches (as of 1:59 PM on 2/18 – Source: General Public)
  8. Lunenburg – 3.0 Inches (as of 2:09 PM on 2/18 – Source: Ham Radio)
  9. Petersham – 2.5 Inches (as of 3 PM on 2/18 – Source: Ham Radio)
  10. Spencer – 2.0 Inches (as of 4:20 PM on 2/18 – Source: Trained Spotter)

According to NWS, more snow and rain is expected to fall on Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
