18-Year-Old Worcester Man Arrested for Murder on Park Ave

WORCESTER - Police have arrested a suspect in an October shooting on Park Ave.

Worcester Police arrested Messiah Amankwah, 18, of Worcester, for murder on Friday, November 20.

The shooting took place around 8:30 on October 24. Police arrived at the Wendy’s restaurant at 500 Park Ave. to find a 17-year-old man in the parking lot who was shot.

The juvenile was pronounced dead at the scene.
