DOUGLAS – The Douglas Police Dept. has identified and is searching for a break-in suspect and his partners in crime.

As ThisWeekinWorcester.com reported earlier this week, on Sunday, July 21, the Douglas Police received numerous reports of car break-ins that took place during the early morning.

With the help of the Worcester Police Dept., the Douglas PD was able to identify the suspect as Jacob S. Fontanez, 28, of Worcester.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Fontanez for his part in the break-ins.

Fontanez was captured on home video surveillance entering one of the vehicles.

The Douglas PD is also searching for two other suspects — a black male and female [see photos] — that were also involved in the break-ins and apparently worked with Fontanez.

The suspects were operating a newer model white Chevy Equinox.
