WORCESTER – Officers with the Neighborhood Response Team observed a man on a bicycle approach another man near 810 Main Street and conduct an exchange on Wednesday, November 10.
At around 1 PM, the officer called for supporting officers.
Officers followed the man on the bike, Rigoberto Gonzalez-Beltran to around Piedmont Street and approached him while he was opening the items he received. Officers recovered two bags, which appeared to contain Fentanyl.
Officers also arrested the man on foot, Jonathan Feliciano, of Worcester. Worcester Police report they recovered a folding knife, 23 bags of crack cocaine, 31 bags of fentanyl and cash from Feliciano.
Gonzalez-Beltran faces charges of possession of a Class A substance.
Feliciano faces charges of:
- Carrying a Dangerous Weapon;
- Distribution of Class a Substance;
- Possession of Class B Substance with Intention to Distribute;
- Trafficking more than 10 Grams of Fentanyl.
