Worcester County District Attorney Joe Early Jr.’s office announced that Massachusetts State Police [MSP] located the body of Akif Qutab, 31, during the morning of Tuesday, November 2. MSP Field Service located Qutab in the woods in Westminster, near the Princeton line.
The Worcester Police Department [WPD] announced Qutab as missing during the evening on Monday, November 1, and included he may be in danger. Police located Qutab’s vehicle in Princeton by the time of WPD’s announcement.
The death is under investigation by State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office.
Police in Princeton, Westminster and Worcester assisted in the missing person investigation of Qutab.
