19-Year Old Webster Man Faces Several Drug Distribution Charges

WEBSTER – Detectives from the Webster Police Department executed a search warrant at 15 Elm St. during the morning of Tuesday, May 12.

Police arrested Mathew Whalen, a 19-year-old Webster man, who faces multiple drug and distribution charges.

During the search police seized prescription drugs including Oxycodone, Adderall, Alprazolam and Suboxone.

Police also discovered were several forms of THC wax and extract along with hallucinogenic mushrooms and LSD.

Also included were a stun gun, $4,300 in cash and items commonly associated with distribution of narcotics.

Whalen also had two outstanding warrants previous to the arrest. Each warrant was for distributing both Class D and Class B substances.

The charges from the arrest on Tuesday include:

  • Possession of a Class D Substance with the Intent to Distribute.
  • Eight counts of Possession of a Class C Substance with the Intent to Distribute.
  • Four counts of Possession of a Class B Substance with the Intent to Distribute.
  • Possession of an Electronic Stun Gun.
