WORCESTER – A vehicle stolen in Worcester on Thursday, Jan. 26, led to the arrest of two from Worcester on Friday.
Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on Cambridge Street in response to a report of a stolen Toyota Camry. After taking a report, the officer broadcasted the vehicle information to the department to be on the lookout.
The following day, an officer identified the stolen vehicle on Woodland Street, with two individuals inside, and conducted a traffic stop.
The driver initially provided a false name, but was later identified as David Morales, 34, of Worcester. He faces charges of Use of a Motor Vehicle without Authority and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
The passenger, Yesenia Davis, 31, of Worcester, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and faces a charge of Use of a Motor Vehicle Without Authority.
