WORCESTER – Police arrested a Holden man early Wednesday morning on an outstanding warrant in connection with a shooting on Clarkson Street on Sunday, April 7.
On Sunday, officers responded to reports of a shooting and located two 18=year-old females and a 17-year-old male, suffering from gunshot injuries. On Monday, police arrested Jordany Alejo, 19, of Worcester, in connection with the shooting.
Shortly after 1:30 AM, an officer located a vehicle near Park Avenue registered to Levon Atupem, 23, of Holden. The officer observed the vehicle until around 3 AM, when a man got into the vehicle.
The observing officer engaged with the vehicle’s emergency lights on , and ordered the driver out of the vehicle. The officer recognized to the driver to be Atupem.
Atupem was arrested without incident and faces charges of:
- Assault to Murder with a Firearm (x3)
- Accessory Before the Fact
- Accessory After the Fact
