SHREWSBURY – The Bean Counter Bakery Cafe announced on Wednesday that it has closed its store at 288 Boston Turnpike in Shrewsbury.
According to the Bean Counter’s social media post, the company said, “This decision comes as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline operations and focus our resources on delivering an unparalleled experience at our flagship store, on online store, and the newly renovated Highland Street location in Worcester.”
In March, the Bean Counter at 113 Highland St. in Worcester had a grand reopening to showcase its recent interior redesign. Its flagship store is at 270 Grove St. Both Worcester stores will remain open.
