The United Way of Central Massachusetts is fiscally sponsoring and assisting to organize fundraising for a Black Lives Matter Mural along Major Taylor Boulevard.
The goal has been set at $12,000 to raise for the project, which includes $2,500 for a fund to maintain the mural.
The mural is expected to begin being painted on Wednesday, July 15, weather permitting.
The event is intended to become a community rallying opportunity for folks to come together and do something powerful that has a message.
