Central MA Expecting 2 to 3 Inches of Snow Friday

The National Weather Service predicts the heaviest snowfall in Massachusetts in the Worcester County on Friday morning.

Snowfall in Worcester is now expected to be three inches, with two inches expected in Fitchburg and northern Worcester County.

Two inches is expected throughout the central part of the state from as far east as Bedford and Foxborough.

Two inches is predicted as far south as Putnam, Connecticut and as far west as the northern part of Rt. 91, north of Amherst, and the northern part of western Massachusetts and the Berkshires.
