WORCESTER – The Hangover Pub has been cooking up exciting new menu options just in time for comfort food season.
Michael Arrastia, Executive Chef and Owner, offers farm to table quality ingredients in his recipes, including his new “Moms Spaghetti” entree named after the lyrics of Eminem’s 2002 hit single “Lose Yourself.”
This hearty meal [photo above] consists of mozzarella and bacon stuffed meatballs, topped with homemade marinara sauce, crushed red pepper, parmesan and ricotta cheese, garnished with fresh basil.
For beverages, the new Orchard Mai Tai [photo above] is in high demand. Crafted by bartender Anthony Oaks, this concoction of house-infused cinnamon rum, paired with house-made walnut orgeat and fresh sour mix satisfies one’s taste buds, with a flair for sweet and spicy flavors after being topped with a dark rum float and garnished with dried apple and cinnamon sticks.
Next is the Amaretto Pear Pie, created by bartender Kaynen Marrero. This aromatic, made-from-scratch beverage is a popular request consisting of spiced rum, brown sugar simple syrup, pear syrup, and topped with egg white froth and dehydrated pear- delivering warm and inviting flavors of pear and warm baking spice to your tableside.
The Hangover Pub is located at 102 Green St. in Worcester’s Canal District and is open Tuesday- Friday 4 PM to 10 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 10 PM, Sunday 11 AM to 12 PM, offering Sunday Brunch until 3 PM.
