WORCESTER – For the month of February, Livia’s Dish in Worcester is teaming up with Tito’s Vodka in support of the Manny 267 Foundation.
The foundation was created to honor Worcester Police Officer Manny Familia, after he died trying to rescue 14-year-old Troy Love at Green Hill Pond on June 4, 2021. The Familia family launched the Manny 267 Foundation to raise money to put a rescue tube in every police cruiser and provide water rescue for police officers in collaboration with the YMCA.
The foundation hopes to donate a “Manny tube” to every police department in the U.S.
To help the Manny 267 Foundation reach their goal, Tito’s Vodka is donating $500 to their efforts. Livia’s Dish and Tito’s are promoting the Manny 267 Foundation on their February cocktail menu.
Each month, Livia’s Dish and Tito’s choose a charity to highlight on their menu.
