WORCESTER – The Worcester Police Department Crash Reconstruction Team is investigating a pedestrian hit by a vehicle in a parking lot on Chandler St. on Monday, August 24.
A 78-year-old male driver was leaving a parking lot around 4 PM when a 70-year-old man was struck by the vehicle and injured.
The injured man was treated at a local hospital for head and leg injuries.
The preliminary investigation indicates the man was injured was sitting in the parking lot at the time of the incident.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
