UPDATE: 23-Year-old Leicester Man Found Safe

LEICESTER – The family of missing 23-year-old Jared Eldridge has told ThisWeekinWorcester.com that he has been found and is safe. 

Eldrige has been in contact with his family. He had been missing since the afternoon of April 17. He was in contact with family on April 24.

LEICESTER – A 23-year-old Leicester man has gone missing and family members are sharing his photo across social media in hopes of finding him.

According to family members, Jared Eldridge was last seen early Wednesday afternoon, April 17, walking towards Leicester Center from Whittermore and Paxton streets.  A family member told ThisWeekinWorcester.com that Eldridge may have got on a bus.

Eldridge is 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 pounds. He was wearing a plaid shirt and tan pants. He was wearing the same hoodie he has on in the photo. 

The Leicester Police has been notified of Eldridge’s disappearance and, according to family, are actively searching for him.

If anyone has any information about Eldridge’s whereabouts, contact the Leicester PD at (508) 892-7010. 

As of noon on Friday, Eldridge’s photo had been shared more than one thousand times from the People of Leicester MA Facebook group.
