WORCESTER – Worcester Public Schools announced today a rolling rally will be held on March 30, in honor of the back-to-back Division 1 boy’s state champion North High School Polar Bears.
The North High boys defeated the Franklin Panthers 59-53 on Sunday, March 17. The win also capped off an undefeated season.
The rolling rally will take place on Shrewsbury Street starting at 1:45 PM and is expected to reach the Worcester Common, behind City Hall, at 2 PM.
The team will travel in a duck boat during the rally, a tradition for professional sports championship teams in Boston.
