SOUTHBRIDGE – Detectives conducting surveillance near Green Ave. on Tuesday, December 1, observed what they believed was a transaction around 11:30 AM between individuals in a Porsche Cayenne and a person on foot.
The driver of the Porsche, Fransheska Nieves, 29, and the passenger, Pedro Perez-Nieves, 31, both of Fitchburg, have an open drug trafficking case currently in court.
During questioning of Nieves, Perez-Nieves and the person on foot, Jackelyn Rojas-Santos, 31, of Southbridge, detectives saw Perez-Nieves attempt to hide cash while seated in the vehicle.
Detective recovered over 28 grams of what they believe to be crack-cocaine, packaged for distribution, and $1,250 during the investigation. The Porsche was also seized.
Perez-Nieves, Nieves and Rojas-Santos face charges of Trafficking in Cocaine and with Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Law.
Nieves posted $25,040 bail and Rojas-Santos posted $540 bail shortly after their arrest.
Perez-Nieves was held overnight on $50,040 cash bail.
All three were arraigned in Dudley District Court on Wednesday, December 2.
