WORCESTER – Cold, but sunny weather is expected for the rest of Tuesday with high temperatures in the upper 20s.

Another cold night is expected on Tuesday Night with low temperatures tonight between 9 and 13 Degrees.

Wednesday is expected to be sunny with high temperatures between 34 and 38 Degrees.

Thursday will be sunny with high temperatures between 40 and 45 Degrees.

Friday is expected to be partly sunny with high temperatures between 40 and 45 Degrees.

Possible Long-Duration Storm For This Weekend: A coastal storm system may bring mostly all snow to the Worcester Hills and a messy mixture of snow, ice and rain to everyone else across Central Mass on Saturday, Saturday Night, Sunday, Sunday Night and possibly the early part of Monday.

With that said, this possible storm is still several days away and there continues to be a considerable amount of uncertainty as to the exact track of this storm, as well as what type of precipitation may occur and how much.

What I can say right now is that this is a storm that really needs to be watched closely as there is a lot of potential with it. Also, pretty much everything is still on the table for scenarios, including an all snow event for all of Central Mass to a mixed sloppy mess of snow, ice and rain to even a snow to start with that quickly changes to rain scenario.

For a very detailed look at what I’m looking at in terms of the weather setup for this storm, just go to Route20Weather.com.

Keep checking back for the latest updates on this weekend’s storm, as I will be posting a new update at least once a day throughout this week.
