June is ending soon, but the summer is in full motion! Spend the last weekend of the month soaking up some fun and filling your calendar with exciting events.

What are your weekend plans? ThisWeekinWorcester.com has your list of weekend thrills that will keep you safe while keeping away boredom!

Get outdoors this weekend! Participate in water sports, listen to your favorite music, or takeout and dine on delicious foods.

Dive into a new water sport this weekend!

Stop by the Nipmuc Water Ski Club located at 1 Memorial Beach Drive in Webster this Sunday at 9 AM  for a free water ski lesson. All equipment and instruction will be included.

Make sure to register on their website to reserve a spot!

Produce happiness as you shop at a farmers market!

Come to the 2020 University Park Farmers Market this Saturday at 9 AM!

This event is put on by the Regional Environmental Council (REC) and they host local farmers and vendors every Saturday. Your mouth will water when you see the fresh and local produce, eggs, meats, honey, syrup, jams, and more.

Save your appetite this Sunday for brunch!

Peppercorn’s Grille and Tavern is cooking up a good time at their Brunch and Blues events.

From 11 AM to 2 PM, they are rocking their outdoor tent with live music by Boogie Chillin. This is a ticketed event and it includes a brunch package complete with crispy bacon, breakfast burritos, assorted pastries, breakfast sausage, home fries, and mac and cheese. The package also comes with your choice of a mimosa or bloody Mary.

Tickets are $25; make sure to get yours before they sell out!

What will you be listening to this weekend?

This Saturday night from 8:45 PM to 11:45 PM, the Leicester Drive-in is hosting a drive-in concert event! If you’re a country music fan, rustle up your friends and attend the Garth Brooks concert that will be projected on the big screen.

Tickets are available for each car and vary from $70 to $200.

Get your waffle on!

Visit Noms Eatery Pop-Up at the Worcester Regional Food Hub for a decadent twist on a breakfast classic.

From 11 AM to 2 PM, they will be serving up PBJF (peanut butter, jelly, and fluff) french toast waffles, old school waffles, and churro waffles.

Their pop up tent will be in the parking lot and you will have the option to take out or dine in at a six foot distance from other tables.
