WORCESTER – A report of a person with a gun on Fiske St. led to the arrest of Kristo Nestiano, 19, of Worcester, on assault, weapons and drug distribution charges on Monday, September 14.
Worcester Police arrived in the area around 7 PM. The investigation led to reports that Nestiano had approached two people and pointed a gun at them before fleeing the area.
According to Worcester Police, officers soon located Nestiano in his vehicle which contained around one pound of what was believed to be marijuana in plain view in the back seat. Cash was also in plain view in his center console.
Nestiano faces charges of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of Ammunition without an FID Card, Possession of Class D with Intent to Distribute.
