WORCESTER – The City of Worcester will host an Equity Vaccine Clinic at Polar Park next week.
On Tuesday , May 25, from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. the City will be providing walk-in vaccinations at the new stadium. There will be live music, food, prizes and special guests.
Do you qualify for Equity Clinics? You must live or work in Worcester and meet one of the following criteria:
- Black, Indigenous, People of Color or Latin individuals.
- Individuals who do not speak English, or who prefer to speak in another language.
- Individuals who do not have access to public transportation or who have barriers getting to a vaccination site.
- Individuals who do not feel comfortable receiving the vaccine in a traditional Healthcare setting.
- Individuals with disabilities and those who have access and functional needs.
- Individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Individuals with mental illness and/or residents with substance use disorder.
