NORTH BROOKFIELD – Superintendent of North Brookfield Public Schools today announced that all schools in the district  will be closed for two weeks starting Monday, March 16 due to concerns about Coronavirus.

Superintendent Lind said that consultation with school administration, School Committee Members and other local leaders concluded that closing school is the best way to mitigate spread of coronavirus.

Over the next two weeks the school will be deep cleaned, staff will put together informational packets in hard copy and online and students who receive free or reduced lunch will be able to pick up lunch from the North Brookfield Elementary School Lobby.

Clases as scheduled to resume on Monday, March 30.

Several schools in Western Mass have also announced two week closures.
