WORCESTER — The City of Worcester and the Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District (BID) announced the return of the Out to Lunch Festival & Farmers’ Market for its 13th year. The festival series takes place on August 3, August 17, and August 31, with a rain date of September 7.
The series of events, on the Worcester Common from 11 AM to 2 PM, including live music, performances, community organizations, homemade crafts, food vendors, and local farm stands. The festival will feature musical performances starting at 12 PM, with a local showcase scheduled for 1 PM.
Yaffa Fain, Program Assistant for the Cultural Development Division, expressed excitement about bringing back the Out to Lunch Festival and sharing enjoyable afternoons with the community and visitors. BID Executive Director Evelyn Darling highlighted the event as an opportunity for community members to come together in Downtown Worcester and experience great music, food, and local art.
The festival is currently accepting applications from vendors, including artisans, crafters, food vendors, farmers, and nonprofit organizations. The deadline for vendor applications is July 5, and interested parties can find the application and additional information here.

Thursday, August 17: Ball in the House
Thursday, August 31: Stomp N’ Holler
