Worcester City Clerk’s Office Will Close Monday, Tuesday

WORCESTER – All personnel at the City Clerk’s office in Worcester are working remotely on Monday, December 14, and Tuesday, December 15, due to suspected COVID-19 exposure.

All in-person City Clerk appointments will be rescheduled.

The City Clerk’s Office encourages all residents to purchase Dog Licenses as well as Birth, Death and Marriage Certificates online or by mail.

Online services are available from the “I Want To” menu at WorcesterMA.gov.

To order by mail, download a Birth, Death or Marriage Certificate Request Form from the City Clerk Home Page at www.worcesterma.gov/city-clerk, and mail to: City Clerk, 455 Main St., Room 206, Worcester, MA 01608. You may pay by personal checks or money orders, payable to the City of Worcester.

City Hall remains closed to walk-in visitors and is open for business by appointment only. The use of remote, online options whenever possible is strongly encouraged.
