Early Voting is Open in Worcester through March 1

WORCESTER – Early voting is open for the March 5 presidential primary in Worcester at the Worcester Public Library at 3 Salem Sq. through Friday, March 1.

Offices on the March 5 ballot include primaries for:

  • US President
  • Party State Committee Man
  • Party State Committee Woman
  • Party Ward/Town Committee

Voting early requires you are registered to vote in the city of Worcester. The remaining early voting schedule is:

  • Tuesday, Feb. 27 – 9 AM to 7 PM
  • Wednesday, Feb. 28 – 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Thursday, Feb. 29 – 9 AM to 7 PM
  • Friday, March 1 – 9 AM to 5 PM.

The voter registration deadline was on Feb. 24. If you are not already registered to vote, registration is available online for many residents. See the eligibility criteria to register to vote online in the September 3 state primary election.

The deadline to file a vote by mail application is Tuesday, Feb. 27. You can complete the application and all the rules associated with mail-in ballots at the City of Worcester website.
