The Sturbridge Police Dept. is asking the public for help identifying a man suspected of using counterfeit bills at Walmart and Stop and Shop.

According to the police, on Sunday, Oct. 20, the male in the photo [above and below] entered Stop and Shop where he passed a $100 bill making a small purchase.

While distracting the store clerks, the man was able to ask for the $100 bill back and receive change for the $100 bill he had already gotten back.
