Two Arrested in Connection with King St. Shooting

WORCESTER – Worcester Police arrested Jacob Grice, 35, of Worcester on Wednesday, August 5, in connection with a shooting on King St. on Monday, August 3.

A 31-year-old man from Boston died as a result of the shooting.

Police also arrested Amber Gravel, 27, of Worcester, who will face charges of being an accessory after the fact to murder.

Grice is facing charges of:

  • Assault and battery by firearm
  • Assault and Battery by means of a dangerous weapon, serious bodily
  • injury resulting
  • Unlawfully carrying a firearm
  • Unlawfully carry a firearm, loaded
  • Possession of ammo w/o an FID
  • Trafficking in Class B substance

Both Gravel and Grice are expected to be arraigned on Thursday, August 6, in Worcester District Court.
