WORCESTER – A true crime, cold case podcast series exploring the dozens of unsolved murders and missing persons cases currently under investigation by the Worcester Police Department, the Massachusetts State Police and the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office released episode 7 of Season 7 on Tuesday.

Unsolved: Worcester is a series of narrative episodes airing every Tuesday over six 10-episode series. The episodes have an average run time of 15 minutes.

In Episode 7 of Unsolved: Worcester Season 7, Townsend, Massachusetts is a small town of less than 10,000 residents bordering New Hampshire.

Townsend is part of Middlesex County, but it borders the Worcester County line and the cases we explore in this episode may be closely connected to each other, and other unsolved murders from the same area and during the same time period.

We again return to 1973 and the unsolved murder of 31-year-old school teacher Judith Viewig in Townsend. Then we move forward four years to the same small town and the disappearance of 13-year-old Deborah Quimby in May 1977.

The episode is now available to stream on the following platforms:

Each episode is accompanied by a video program highlighting each victim, where the murders took place or where the missing person was last seen, and other locations important to the case. The videos will feature exclusive aerial views of Worcester from Chasing Daylight Studio. Accompanying videos will be available on the show’s website and on YouTube.
