UPDATE: Worcester to Get 5 – 7 Inches of Snow Sunday Night

WORCESTER – As of early Sunday morning, the National Weather Service [NWS] had cut its original forecast of nearly a foot of snow by Monday AM in half.

According to NWS, the City of Worcester and its surrounding towns are expected to see only five to seven inches of snow beginning shortly after 7 PM on Sunday night.

A Winter Storm Warning has been issued from 7 PM Sunday to 10 AM Monday and NWS does warn that travel could be difficult and the Monday morning commute could be impacted by the hazardous conditions.
