Worcester PD Investigating Shrewsbury St. Barber Shop Robbery

WORCESTER – The Worcester Police Department [WPD] is investigating a break-in that occurred earlier in the week at Axe to Grind Barbershop & Supply Co. on Shrewsbury St. 

According to the WPD, the break-in was reported early Monday evening, July 22. The break-in is believed to have occurred late the previous evening on July 21 or earlier that morning. 

The WPD told ThisWeekinWorcester.com that thousands of dollars of items were taken from the shop. 

At this time, the police do not have a description of a suspect or surveillance photos to release.

Among the items stolen include clippers, trimmers and hundreds of dollars worth of hair products.

Axe to Grind Barbershop & Supply Co. is located at 174 Shrewsbury St. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
