WORCESTER – The Worcester-based real estate firm Kelleher and Sadowsky has a listing for the 3.91 acre lot at 3 Eaton Place at City Square with a listing price of $5.25 million.
Foresight Capital, based in Pawtucket, RI, had proposed 145 units that included studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom along with commercial space on the first floor in January 2023. Foresight Capital is also the owner of 5 Salem Sq.
According to land record documents from the Worcester Registry of Deeds, on March 5 a municipal lien certificate was issued to the City of Worcester for $35,180.97 for unpaid property taxes and other obligations to the city. On the same day, a municipal lien certificate was also issued for 5 Salem Sq. for $106,252.26.
The valuation listed in the description of property, issued on Feb. 21, is $3.12 million.
