Worcester Man Arrested in Dudley for Breaking & Entering

DUDLEY – A 19-year-old Worcester man was arrested in Dudley on Wednesday following a report of a Breaking and Entering in progress.

Dudley Police were dispatched just before 4 PM to the Stevens Linen Mill at 8 Mill Street.

When officers arrived, they found Michael Blake, 19, of Worcester, standing at third floor window. Blake ran when he saw police.

Webster Police and K-9 units were called to the scene to assist and a Webster Police officer saw Blake trying to exit the building from a first-floor window.

Blake was taken into custody and officers later discovered he had two active warrants for his arrest.

Blake was charged with the following:

  • Breaking & Entering a Building in the Daytime
  • Trespassing
  • Vandalizing Property

 He was released on a $200 cash bail and will be arraigned at Dudley District Court at a later date.
