UPDATE: As of 11 PM, Alaina is believed to be alright, based on social media activity, however she has not returned home.

A 14-year-old girl has gone missing from Silver Lake Beach in Bellingham.
According to the Bellingham Police Department, Alaina Abreu, of Milford, walked away from the beach on Cross St. between 4 PM and 5 PM on Sunday after an argument with her parents.
Alaina was last seen wearing a light purple dress, flip-flops and a blue do-rag/bandana.
