Fire Reroutes Route 20 West to Route 12 at Auburn-Oxford Line

UPDATE: Route 20 westbound at the town line of Auburn and Oxford has been reopened as of 12:25 PM, according to the Auburn Police Department.

OXFORD – A fire in Oxford has rerouted Route 20 westbound to Route 12 at the Auburn town line on Tuesday morning. Travelers in the area should expect delays.

The Auburn Police Department reported the detour at around 10:45 AM.

The two-alarm fire has brought a company from the Leicester Fire Department to the scene.
