WORCESTER – An annual tradition continues in Worcester, as a trio of local businesses are giving out free dinners on Thanksgiving Day to people in need.
Boulevard Diner at 155 Shrewsbury St. will be serving Thanksgiving dinners to anyone who may need one from 12 PM to 3 PM.
The diner will serve breakfast until 11 AM before closing early to serve its Thanksgiving dinner starting at noon.
In Worcester’s Canal District, Café Neo at its new location at 289 Harding St., will be hosting its annual Thanksgiving meal from 12 PM to 4 PM.
The Thanksgiving meal returns after a year off following Café Neo’s move from Millbury Street. The restaurant and bar has served a Thanksgiving meal for over 25 years.
Café Neo’s menu includes turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and much more.
For the first time, Ziggy Bombs is teaming with R&R Jerk Chicken to serve a Thanksgiving meal outside of Ziggy Bombs at 72 Franklin St., across the street from the Worcester Common in downtown Worcester.
Ziggy Bombs and R&R will be serving turkey, ham and traditional Thanksgiving sides. They begin serving at noon.
